Major Responsibilities:

To ensure the courses reflect the YW’s philosophy and works towards the attainment of the YW’s educational goals, and formulate the collective development and evaluation of all curriculum;

To encourage the development of stimulating classroom environments and support the course study within the Centre and organize in-service development programs for staff;

To plan and schedule administrative and teaching responsibilities for ECE staff reporting to the Principal and supervise the day to day administrative operation;

To prepare the annual ECE budget and address the welfare needs of students, plan the annual event and activities for students;

To ensure that at all times ECE is maintained as a safe environment for the day-to-day activities of students and staff;

To work with GM in planning and organizing promotional campaigns intended to increase the enrollment and exposure of ECE;

To implement and enforce the Yew Wah personnel policies, including appraisal, attendance and leave records keeping, participation in staff activities, codes of dress and conduct;

To work with GM and the Accounts Office to formulate school financial policies and resolve outstanding fee issues。

Requirements and Qualifications:

University degree holder in preschool education, comparative pedagogy or related subject;

At least 7 years’ experience in Kindergarten field of which not less than 3 years’ in management position in international school or kindergarten;

Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin and English, familiar with MS Office Software;

Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, self-motivated and able to work independently;

Extensive experience in all aspect of kindergarten curriculum management.
