Contract Staff
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
？ Be responsible for installation training, customer retraining & post-sales technical support in Beijing city;
？ Be responsible for improving customer application & using experience after instrument installation;
？ Focus on improving customer application development for all merck millipore bioscience hardware portfolios
？ Cooperating with reagent sales team to close each reagent deal among existing customers
？ Train and certificate the competence & qualification of Class A distributors & develop more verified class A distributors to facilitate both hardware & reagent business
？ Enhancing the competency of Merck Millipore bioscience portfolios on LS market via professional technical support and service
？ Drive the revenue growth of Merck Millipore reagent/ consumables/ kits consumption/ per instrument via key account customer visiting, customer retraining and customer segmentation;
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
？ Bachelor degree or above is required;
？ Good communication & presentation skill is required;
？ 1 year or above technician working experience in life science industry is preferred
？ Cytological or Immunological related experiment background is preferred
？ Familiar with flow cytometer and Luminex XMap technologies instrument manipulation are a plus.
？ Good English communication skill is preferred;
