Job Description:
Beijing Expert International Education Co., Ltd. (BEIE) is a professional international education service organization, which specializes in the provision of overseas high quality education and cooperates with China’s top higher education institutions in the development and operation of international programs.

As a Foreign Teacher Recruitment Manger, you will be responsible for recruitment of Foreign Teachers who would teach subject courses in our cooperative institutions.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing recruiting strategies and recruitment plans
* Posting new job placement ads in a variety of recruitment channels
* Reviewing, sorting and screening applications and resumes
* Conducting Skype or on-site interviews and reference checks
* Selecting best qualified candidates and communicating employment offers
* Maintaining good relationships with foreign teachers and developing database and network
* Improving foreign teachers’ performance appraisal and management systems

Qualifications:
* Native English speaker
* Bachelor’s degree or above required
* 2 years experience in Human Resources field preferred
* Basic knowledge of foreign teacher recruiting practices and resources
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
