Job Description :
? Incident / Problem Management on- Routing, Switching, VPN , Wireless, Network Security etc.
? Escalation Handling
? Network Change Request(NCR) implementation
? Vendor Management related to RMA (Hardware Replacement) and TAC cases.
? Customer Handling and Status update.
? Interaction and coordination with HCL-NOC & Nokia Technical team.
? Root cause Analysis.
? Process Adherence / definition for local Functioning.
Technical Profile :
? Candidate with 6-8 years of experience and worked on complex network environment which includes high end routers, switches, Firewalls and VPN.
? CCNP (Routing & Switching).
? Highly skilled Hands on knowledge on MPLS , BGP, EIGRP, OSPF.
. Working knowledge of Cisco Nexus will be added advantage
? Fair knowledge on VPN-Remote Access Platform , Firewalls [Checkpoint]
. Working knowledge on WAN Accelerators such as WAS, Riverbed, etc.
. Knowledge on Hardware Load Balancers such as F5, Cisco ACE
? Ready to work on different technologies
? Good on verbal and written English communication
? Good Customer handling skills
? Candidate should be open to provide On-call Support on Need basis [24*7 environments]
