Senior Consultant (Airline Industry)
We are looking for an experienced CRM Consultant with strong Airline Industry background. The position requires frequent interaction with end customers, outside vendors, suppliers and other cross-functional team members.
Responsibilities:
? Build and maintain relationships with airline related clients, manage client’s expectations, customer satisfaction
? Be responsible for successful, on-time delivery of the company’s airline industry related projects
? Be responsible for tracking and management of project requirements, risks, resources, costs, quality, schedule and scope, as well as provide appropriate solutions to customer.
? Develop project related documentation, including project charter, Gantt chart, open issues, project status, reports, etc.
? Be proactive in identification and resolution of issues that may potentially have negative impacts to a project or project deliverables
? Mentor and identify training needs for team members, ensuring professional development and superior technical expertise
? Work together with industry experts to identify new trends and best practices
Skills Requirements:
? Background in Airline Industry
? Minimum of 3 years’ Consulting experiences, preferable in CRM field
? Strong CRM knowledge (Sales, Marketing, Case Management etc.)
? Documentation / modeling language know-how e.g. VISIO, UML
? Project Management - plan and manage the life cycle of projects, external and internal
Personal Requirements:
? Bachelor degree University
? Strong communication skills in English, written & spoken
? Ability to work well in multi-cultural environment
? Highly motivated, sense of responsibility, self-disciplined & willing to learn
