岗位职责：
? Handle the AIX administration of IBM Servers in China.
? Handle AIX upgrades/migrations/patches, in accordance with latest technology trends and SG global standards.
? Maintain a stable and reliable Storage & Backup production environment
? Evaluate existing Storage and Backup systems, and plan modifications or new systems to meet service requirements
? Investigate and evaluate new technologies, hardware and software systems and make proposals for adoption if applicable
? In conjunction with other senior staff, design and configure new Storage or Backup systems, establishing technical standards and ensuring appropriate interface capabilities with other systems.
? Monitor the Storage & Backup infrastructure and take proactive actions when needed
? Be the main contact for various IT teams on Storage & Backup topics
? Knowledge of Virtualization, NAS, SAN and Backup technologies is a must
? Deliver technical documents as well as training of users as and when required.
? Work in a regional team and be ready to support other locations in storage and backup area.
? Work closely with other Server and SBA administrators, to ensure Regional coherency and standards of servers set ups and the leverage of work with regional teams.
? Other ad hoc tasks / relevant responsibilities as assigned by the management

任职资格的具体描述：
? Strong Knowledge of IBM P-Series servers, Blade Center and AIX
? In-depth knowledge of planning ,implementation and daily maintenance on EMC DMX and NetApp NAS storage
? In-depth knowledge of various Storage & Backup systems and administration tools
? Good Knowledge of Unix/Windows
? Scripting experiences (Unix shell & Perl)
? Understanding of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS etc.
? Experiences in PRD or Data Centre support would be a plus.
? Able to work individually, organize and manage own tasks
? Have commitment and a strong team spirit, both locally and regionally.
? Be willing to work in a multinational environment.
? Possess self management skills and initiative to work proactively.
? The ability to learn on the job and be open to technologies evolutions.
? Have good communication, presentation and project management skills.
Possess the ability to communicate to technical and non-technical staff in verbal/written form in English fluently.
