KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Work as a leading or major contributor to drive development assignments and solve issues

· Provide guidelines and coaching to junior developers on their daily work and career development

· Conduct or participate in requirement analysis with business analysts and end users

· Lead the design, coding, testing and documentation for bug fixes, enhancements and new module development

· Contribute to reengineering initiatives to address deficiencies in existing system and apply better design principals

· Define, monitor and enhance development processes to improve overall team performance in a global environment

· Conduct continuous performance tuning to meet SLAs

· Work with supports, DBAs, end users and other stakeholders to resolve production issues

· Coordinate with other teams in technology regarding deployment, interfaces and other development activities

· Participate in SDLC processes such as daily SCRUM, change control, release and other activities

· Provide second line support to production

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

· Played a leading/major role on design and implementation of large scale complex system development

· Proficient in OBIEE 11g Dashboard building and RPD configurations. 6+ years of hands on experience

· 11g Agents and alerts hands on OBIEE Object level and data level Security Model Understanding

· Basic understanding of PL/SQL

· OBIEE 11g Server related issues debugging

· Exposure to Treasury & Asset Liability Management is highly desirable

· Strong abilities on problem solving and constructive thinking

· Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver high quality results under tight schedule and high pressure

· Strong skills on communication in both written and oral English

Preferable:

· Experience of enterprise or solution architecture

· Candidates with investment banking IT background

· Domain knowledge on financial instruments and risk management
