Job Responsibilities
? Plan and manage all Realm technology project activities across design, build, test, and release management. Activities include infra build, technical design and build, SIT, UAT, PRA, others
? Ensure all technical streams are able to work together to achieve tasks. Teams are distributed across Chennai, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, and others.
? Highlight and manage key risks and issues occurring in the space
? Provide technical leadership at key points to ensure correct people are involved to make decisions and ensure forward progress
? Work with BA’s and others to provide estimates for new work;
? Understand and manage dependencies across other bank programmes (Rubicon, EDMI, Nostro Rationalization, Unity, GRH/Recs, Razor, Basel 3, etc)
? Provide regular status updates, highlighting accomplishments, upcoming plans, risks, issues
? Oversee environment provisioning, configuration mgmt, code deployments, defect tracking/prioritization, etc
? Think logically, break complex problems down into smaller pieces, assign out for delivery, and track to completion

Experience required
? 7+ years experience in technical project management through all software development phases
? Strong sense of ownership to ensure no gaps in delivery or solution across teams; Strong communication skills in English
? Knowledge of various project management delivery methodologies
? Core technical knowledge across SOA, JMS, Oracle, various technical architectures
? Previous experience/exposure to Smartstream TLM-CMS or TLM-Recs is a plus
