Responsibility
? Undertake and manage Landscape Planning projects including the overseeing junior staff
? Prepare bids and submissions
? Manage projects including preparing required project documentation, fee management, file management
? Develop a Landscape Planning service which is in keeping with Chinese Planning Authorities registration requirements and legislation.
? Develop new project opportunities and follow up client leads
? Follow up bids and negotiate project contracts and fees.
? Establish Landscape Planning resources within the office
? Assist in educating and developing the Landscape Planning capability within other teams.

Requirements
- A fluent Mandarin & English speaker with minimum of 10 years experience in Landscape Design/Planning / Environmental Planning
- Creative individual with good client management and presentation skills
- Background qualification in landscape architecture or landscape design
- Experience in working on strategic landscape planning, ecological planning and contemporary design projects.
- Project management experience with ability to manage staff as well as carry out work alone
- Project experience showing an understanding of the planning process including, Vision, Principles, Strategy & Goals.
- China Registered Planner with understanding of current planning policy & planning approvals system
- Preferred candidates will have one or more of the following experiences:
- Working abroad
- Studying abroad
- Working in an International office in China
- Capable of using wide range of graphic & technical software including, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, GIS, Sketchup
