As a Team Leader, you will increase customer revenue and profitability by achieving revenue targets and liability & asset growth and manage existing clients and enhance share of wallet by selling across the suite of available ANZ products and services. The key is to target new/growth clients within agreed focus segments and collaborate with Risk, Marketing, product partners and other stakeholders to close a deal.

You will provide feedback and suggestions to the team to increase the success of acquiring the client through improved sales calls and joint calls and develop and drive cross functional teams in order to deliver enhanced client solutions.

Qualifications:
*Knowledge and experience in commercial lending & credit

*Banking knowledge achieved in a global bank

*Proven sales and relationship management experience in market, trade products and services

*Proficiency in English - both written and verbal as well as local language
Intermediate experience in a variety of customer/product platforms

*Tertiary qualification in a business related field
