GENERAL SUMMARY:

Reporting to China PI Manager, this role provides support to GIS Hub PI, China Production & Retail team on ensuring compliance to China’s requirement on Product Testing & labeling. This role also provides support on root-cause & resolution of quality issues and provides administrative support in liaising with CIQ labs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPURCHASE ORDERNSIBILITIES:

1)Routine work (30%)
-Testing operation management support
-Product regulatory compliance management support
-Manage test report review process
-Review critical failure
-Monitor the China product regulatory compliance
-Monitor SharePoint information

2)Clerical support (25%)
-Ensure correct info are uploaded for the system
-All samples/test reports tracking when requested by China PI Manager
-Presentation preparation support for the China PI Manager
-Projects management support


3)Technical support (20%)
-Provide technical advice related to testing issues
-Risk assessment to aid judgment call
-Identify product enhancement opportunities
-Weekly Dc/store visit to ensure accuracy of labeling and also provide QA support


4)Parcel receive/dispatch (25%)
-Complete application form for lab testing submission
-Sent/Receive testing samples from both the external and internal customers



ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS:
External:
Vendors/CIQ lab/local labs/BV/ITS and related China authorities if needed.
Internal:
China Production/ Logistic/GA/ receptionist /store operations/regulatory compliance in San Francisco/GIS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1)Knowledge, skills & abilities
-Detailed oriented, fast paced, good initiative, strong sense of responsibility
-Good typing skills and well-verse in Microsoft Office
-Good written and communication skills
-Good technical skill in related field


2)Minimum educational level:
-College level


3)Minimum experience:
-1-2 years related product/testing experience
