Key Responsibilities:

· Reception duties including but not limited to answering phone calls, greeting visitors, handling incoming and outgoing mail, arranging courier service etc.

· To assist the Administration Officer in :

o travel arrangement

o magazines and newspapers subscription

o renewal of business licenses and permits

o organization of company functions

o other office administration support assigned



Requirements:

· Degree holder in Administration, English, or related subjects

· At least 1 year of experience as receptionist or other office administration positions

· Fluent English and Mandarin, good Office software skills

· Open, passionate, easy going, willing to support and collaborate with team members

· Detail-oriented, willing to take responsibilities

· Strong communication skills and service mind
