Responsibilities:

• Open new stores to meet the criteria of PUMA and accomplish the yearly new store target
• Negotiate with landlords to get the best terms and conditions for our stores
• Regularly visit and contact with landlords to maintain good relationship and collect latest information from the landlords
• Accomplish store lease renewal or store closure according to the Company's development
• Develop business in new cities based on the store roadmap and marketing investigation
• Provide regular reports on the network development plan and update new store, lease renewal and closure information
• Lead the work of Business License application for stores. Ensure to obtain the license before store opening
  

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above
• At least 5 years experience in Business Development, familiar with retail store development in China market
• Good negotiation skills; able to provide flexible solution in contract negotiation
• Good people management skills; able to coach / manage / influence others constructively and effectively
• Achievement orientated, and be able to achieve results independently
• Computer operation skills in all kinds of office software. Understand the office document management
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English
