Main Responsibilities:

* Dealing with bookings: amendments, cancellations, offline bookings (max 24 hrs to reply)
* Answer tour operators requests, quotations according to established policies (max 24 hrs to reply)
* Sending and checking of weekly booking lists with suppliers (Once p/w in low season, twice p/w in high season)
* Money collection from non credit tour operators. Control and follow up (at least 2 times p/w)
* Answer client claims and incidences (max 3 days)
* Deal with overbookings, relocations
* Negotiate cancellation fees with hotels/supplier with help of contracting managers

Evaluation Criteria:

* Correct execution of booking related procedures and norms
* Number of litigations, claims, overbookings, rellocations
* Pending balances
* Reply time to client requests - max 24 hrs

Requirements:

- Good academic background. Tourism or English major.
- More than 1 year working experience.
- Excellent English, both written and spoken.
- Good negotiation and communication skills are required.
- Experience in international travel companies or/and hoteliers a plus.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
