Role Overview

The subject matter expert is responsible for working closely with Asia Pacific market teams to deliver digital services and marketing programs for prospects/clients. The primary roles of the position will include support for local sales organization, knowledge sharing, training, and digital mentoring for the sales/service teams within the territory.

Primary Responsibilities

Responsibilities include having the ability to work with internal groups and clients or prospects within China (primary) and Asia (secondary). The position resides in Shanghai with limited travel required (10 - 20%). Responsibilities include:

-Support the sales of digital solutions in China

-Ability to present digital marketing solutions to all levels of an organization and add credibility to digital sales opportunities. Assist in creating / presenting ideas to clients, third parties, and internal constituents.

-Support teams by assisting with digital requirements, analysis, pricing, timing, and problem solving.

-Monitor the digital pipeline against plan and advocate steps to achieve required calls, proposals, follow ups, roll outs, and resources/fixes needed to generate revenue.

-Contribute to the distribution of information regarding the organization's knowledge sharing and successes, both across the enterprise and, when appropriate, to external audiences.

-Participate in the process of on-boarding approved resources.

-Act as a point of coordination for digital training to enable the China organization to acquire necessary skills resident in the global digital organization.

-Keep up-to-date with current developments and trends in digital capabilities and industry knowledge.

-Facilitate knowledge sharing to and from other regions of the world.

-Ability to motivate, influence internal business communities as well as consult/advise prospects or clients.

-Demonstrate the flexibility to multi-task in a dynamic team while maintaining a high level of productivity.

-Demonstrated self-starter, accepting ownership, providing independent judgment and work with minimal supervision.

-Strong communication, documentation and presentation skill.

-Good oral and written communication in English and Mandarin.

-Good team player with mature and pleasant personality.
