Channel Excellence Implementer (渠道优化)- Fortune 500 MNC Oil Gas industry
Our Client Background
Our client, as one of the world’s leading energy companies. Now in China, we involved in Upstream (oil and gas exploration and liquefied natural gas), Downstream (Oil Products and Chemicals) and Projects and Technology (Global Solutions and Coal Gasification) businesses.
Report to: Channel Excellence Manager (B2B)
? To support the sustainable implementation of the agreed Cluster RTM strategy, policies and procedures in line with local / global processes and agreed timelines.
? To support the Channel Excellence manager on the implementation of China 2015/2018 RTM strategy, including network planning, implementation, distributor termination and new distributor recruitment and on boarding
? As B2B Channel Excellence implementer, to take accountability of implementing agreed Channel Excellence initiative into South China B2B distributors which include, distributor business planning, capability assessment, network sustainability review, discompetency development program etc.
? Closely monitor market dynamics (i.e. channel buying behaviour, sectors dynamics), competitors or peer industry market info. in term of RTM strategy, DVP offering as well as emerging channel to ensure our RTM strategy is keep updated, address the market dynamics which is sustainable.
? To support learning and competency team on the indirect competency development for internal indirect sales team and competency of distributor sales team
Responsibilities:
? Network planning and Distributor Management
? Lead network planning and implementation programme (new distributor recruitment, non go forward distributor termination etc.)
? Train, coach and support STL / ICAMs with DCHANNEL EXCELLENCE, DFLTS, Pipe Line, CRM (etc) programmes, tool and process implementation.
? Infield support at key distributors to support the Channel STL / ICAM with Capability Assessments, Business Plan and Contract reviews and implementation.
? Lead the regional implementation on key initiative including DLT, D tracker, D CHANNEL EXCELLENCE roll out, distributor competency development program like IVY etc.
? Own the review of potential new & existing distributors and support Channel Excellence STL / ICAM with improvement, poor performance or contract termination negotiations.
? Support ICAMs to on board new distributors including data set up, initial trainings and review sessions.
? Support the ICMS and ICSTL to monitor the Available Channel Margin and formulate actions to proactively manage changes and trends.
? Own the collection, analysis and circulation of distributor MI data (as defined in the contract) and to review and monitor how this data is being used by company and distributor teams to drive growth programmes. Develop and coach implementation improvement programmes
? The leading role for a couple assigned CHANNEL EXCELLENCE related projects and support other CHANNEL EXCELLENCE on various projects according to annual CHANNEL EXCELLENCE planning.
? Market intelligence collection and emerging channel RTM strategy development
? Closely monitor market dynamics, competitors or peer industry suppliers’ info. in term of RTM strategy, DVP offering as well as emerging channel to propose the recommendation to ensure Company China’s RTM and DVP offering is sustainable accordingly.
? Support learning and competency team on the indirect competency development for internal indirect sales team and competency of distributor sales team
