- 项目开发前期选址及投资环境考察
Responsible for project location selection and investment environment investigation
- 现场勘测及评估
Site survey and evaluation
- 组织并参与项目的商务谈判
Organize and participate the project commercial negotiation
- 协同公司的法务部起草与拟定各类协议、意向、合同等文件
Draft all kinds of agreements, intent letters and contracts with our legal department
- 开发并建立项目开发的长期合作伙伴
Developing project & establishing long-term relationship with the partner
- 了解行业技术规范并熟悉项目的申报与审批流程
Familiar with the industry technical specification and the project application and approve procedure
- 熟悉同政府及电网公司沟通的方法与技巧
Good methods and skills when communicate with the government and Utilities
- 具备独立的项目前期投资分析及编制分析报告的能力
Be able to do project investment analysis and prepare project feasibility study independently
- 参与项目的分析核算工作
Take part in the project accounting analysis work
- 具有敏锐的市场观察力
With keen market observation



职位要求
Job Requirements

- 本科以上学历，建筑或结构专业优先
Bachelor or above degree, major in architect or structure is preferred
- 作为理想的岗位竞聘者还应同时具有经济工程方面的专业知识
As an ideal candidate, the professional knowledge on economic engineering is preferred
- 拥有在新能源领域项目开发设计经验
With project development and design experience in the field of new energy
- 有较丰富的项目经验
With rich project experience
- 具有项目工程合同方面的知识
Have knowledge of project engineering contract
- 吃苦耐劳，能适应经常出差
Hard working, adapt frequent travel
- 熟悉CAD制图工具以及WORD, EXCEL, PPT等现代办公软件
Be familiar with CAD tool and MS-tools e.g. WORD, EXCEL, PPT etc.
- 具有较强的沟通协调能力，有较强的执行力
With strong communication & coordination ability，strong execution as well.
- 有良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神，善于维护良好的客户关系
Good communication skills, good team work and good at maintaining customer relationships.
- 良好的英语口语及读写能力
Fluent in speaking, writing and reading English
