主要职责 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1.根据品牌定位及市场规章制定与营销、设计和产品开发部门一致的质量方针。

Formalize quality policies in accordance with Sales Marketing and Design & Product Development Departments, with Brand positioning and Market Regulations.

2.与生产经理相互合作以实现计划的执行

Interact with the production managers for their implementation.

3.组织定期的QC业务操作审查来确保现行的产品规格符合相关要求并遵循安全规章制度。

Ensure the existing standards of production are satisfactory and follow safety regulations by organizing regular audits of our QC Operations.

4.开发并管理质保度量以确保所有团队的效绩提高。

Develop and manage quality assurance metrics for performance improvement of all teams.

5.检查以往及现在的生产纪录以重审现行的规格标准与质量方针的一致性。

Check the past and current records of production to review if the existing standards are at the right level to match our quality policies.

6.决定并用文件证明需要改进的地方。

Determine and document any areas that may need improvement.

7.检查整个生产过程并对其抽样。

Inspect and sample the entire manufacturing process.

8.回顾现存政策并依据现存的质量标准提出新计划。

Review the current policies and propose plans to improve upon the existing quality standards.

9.准备质量与非质量相关问题的报告。

Prepare reports on quality and non-quality issues.

10.回顾并分析已做出的修订是否有效力。

Review and analyze the effectiveness of the modifications made.

11.定期的工厂审计工作。

Regular audit of factories.

12.跟进日常的客户的质量投诉问题。

Follow daily quality issues on customer complains.

职位要求 POSITION REQUIREMENTS

1.本科以上学历，商务行政，管理，服装纺织类专业；

Bachelor degree or above, major in business administration, management, garment/textile engineering

2.10年以上服装质检工作经验并具备以下技能：

Minimum 10 years apparel QC & QA experience with the following skills :

1)良好的有效沟通能力及报告书写技能。

Effective communication and report writing skills.

2)优秀的分析能力，能够在复杂的细节中抓住重点。

Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details.

3) 基本的软件应用知识，能够推断统计数据。

Basic knowledge of applicable software to infer statistical data.

4) 熟悉质量管理的工具、概念和方法。

Familiarity with the tools, concepts and methodologies of quality management.

3.国语：优秀的听、就、写能力。Mandarin: Excellent listening, speaking and writing skill.

英语：良好的听、说、写能力。English: Good listening, speaking and writing skill.

若有良好的粤语听、说、写能力更佳。 Good Listening, speaking and writing skill in Cantonese is optional.

4.熟悉电脑office操作软件。Familiar with MS Office.

熟悉EPR软件的操作。Familiar with ERP system operation.

5.良好的组织协调能力；良好的计划能力；良好的成本控制意识；良好的沟通表达及谈判能力；良好的抗压能力；良好的逻辑思维和解决问题的能力；良好的时间冲突/矛盾管理能力；团队合作及注重细节；具有良好的领导力。

1)具有丰富的生产和制造步骤、制造技术知识及经验。

2)具有丰富的原材料知识。

3)具有丰富的质量控制项目知识。

knowledge of quality control programs.

4)熟悉工程和工艺的原理及实践。

knowledge of engineering and technology principles and practices.

5)英语口语及写作能力

Ability to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English and Chinese languages.

6)丰富的纺织品构造和梭织服装制造工艺知识

Good knowledge in fabric construction and woven/knitwear garments manufacturing techniques.
