Accountant
Location: Shanghai
Major Responsibility:
1. Independently take charge in accounting for Accounts Payables & Account Receivables
2. Very familiarly with Tax relating issues and can handle & manage it carefully
3. Responsible for updating cash and bank book, enter daily journal voucher into accounting system.
4. Control and improve accounting process/ desk procedures control, and compliance with corporate, legal and statutory regulations.
5. Perform monthly closing of accounts. Tax application.
6. In charge of accounts reconciliation.
7. Prepare information to management with regards of project cost for decision-making
8. Interact with all related parties (headquarter or other branches), and provide good support
9. Able to conduct risk assessments
10. Ability to build good working relationships with regulatory authorities
11. Provide other assistance and support as required

Requirements:
1. College or bachelor Degree, majoring in Accounting or directly related field
2. At least 6 years of financial and accounting experience.
3. Fluent English is a must，and we prefer those who has experiences of working as an accountant for forwarding companies
4. Knowledge of general accounting and internal control principles
5. Familiar with PRC GAAP, and other relating regulations
6. Good communication skills and teamwork attitude; strong inter-personal skills
7. With ability to work to tight timetables and under high pressure
8. High integrity, reliability and responsibility
