We are an American company with offices in over 52 countries worldwide and we are looking for a young, motivated individual to join our multicultural team.
Requirements:
·University degree
·Excellent command of written and spoken English
·Able to communicate well with people of other Nationalities and cultures. (in English)
·Organised and detail oriented.
·Good computer skills
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to start in an industry with multiple avenues for advancement. While prior experience is not strictly necessary,
good communication skills and English skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
·Recieving enquiries from customers over email and telephone.
·Scheduling appointments for the sales team with new customers.
·Preparing quotations and providing service proposals.
·Updating and maintaining client files on our online system.
Initially this is an office based job. Our office is in Yizhuang, although our company buses run to and from the office, one starting in Tongzhou and another starting in Guomao.
