工作职责：

1.负责回答客户来电询问、收集客户、访客信息；
2.接待访客，引导其至相应地点，回答相关问题；
3.负责电话记录、分转与服务工作；
4.向客户，尤其是寻求招生信息的客户转达信息回答访者提问；
5.接受并解决客户投诉；
6.维护企业传真机、打印机、复印机；
7.负责企业快递业务服务管理；
8.协助行政部完成其他工作。


任职资格：

1.本科以上学历，文秘相关专业优先考虑
2.酒店前台工作者优先考虑
3.熟练使用办公自动化系统
4.认真负责，工作效率高，条理性强，保密意识强
5.具有较强的团队合作与沟通能力


工作地点：朝阳区东风南路上东10号（酒仙桥附近）

BCA offers an international bilingual program guided by Canadian standards based learning outcomes and supported with the Chinese National Curriculum in Language, Mathematics and Culture.

All of our students spend 70% of their class time learning the Canadian curriculum in English and 30% of their time learning Chinese National Curriculum in Mandarin.

Our Students
BCA is a day school for boys and girls from PreK to Grade 12. Currently BCA offers Primary classes for PreK to Grade 5.
Able to enroll Chinese nationals our students come from a diverse range of countries and regions including Europe, North America, and South East Asia.
