职责描述：
1.支持亚太区员工日常的Helpdesk工作
2.根据员工要求提供远程指导，数据迁移等
3.排除系统操作、应用软件、邮件设立、电话设定、打印系统、网络等方面的问题。
4.详细记录服务状态和服务结果，确保在规定的服务承诺时间内响应并完成服务

任职要求：
1.计算机或相关专业本科学历，有2-3年helpdesk相关工作经验
2. 良好的英语听说读写能力
3. 熟悉Windows 7/ Vista/ XP 系统，熟悉office常用功能
4.熟悉Internet/intranet Access/ Network Access(Domain login, E-mail) 的检测和故障排除
5.熟悉network printer的应用，熟悉如何添加网络打印机，网络打印机驱动的更新，和打印服务的维护
6. 熟练掌握基本应用软件的使用，进行基本的故障排除
7.熟悉PC机主机内部各种配件的常见类型、基本结构、工作原理；PC机各种外设的常见类型、基本结构
8.良好的沟通能力，抗压能力强
