职位描述
Position: Outsourcing Helpdesk Engineer For Global Company
Work Location : Tian Jin
Job Responsibilities:
1. Response to the helpdesk hotline and mailbox, open the ticket
2. Solve the incident and handle request of level1
3. Assign the incident and request to level 2
4. Setup/deliver new pc; provide technical support of hardware and software.
5. Setup and maintain computer networks, such as LAN, WAN, WiFi and VPN
6. Update PC fixed asset inventory timely
7. Provide VIP meeting on-site support
Requirements:
1. Self-motivated working attitude, strong problem solve ability
2. Customer-minded, good sense of team spirit, good communication skill
3. Self-study, good understanding of English technical document.
4. Good verbal and written of English. CET-4 or equivalent, working experience in English language environment is preferred.
5. Excellent skill of Win 7 and Microsoft office
6. Basic knowledge of printer, projector, video conference.
7. Blackberry support skill is preferred
8. ITIL sense preferred
9. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related
10. Must +5 years of IT support working experience.

1. 负责处理Helpdesk桌面运维 日常事务,如; 提供Online/onsite 技术支持,解决最终PC及网络故障
2. 运用IT服务管理平台根据的相应的流程,完成开case,跟踪case,分配case,解决case。
3. 处理硬件/软件故障,如:Windows7/office2010
4. 新PC机安装配置,包括网络/域服务器/硬软件/邮箱/Blackberry
5. 相关资产管理;
6. 提供远程会议/VIP 会议现场支持工作
7. 及时解答和解决公司员工提出的网络应用问题;
8. 完成上级领导交给的其他工作。
工作要求:
1. 具备微软认证工程师MCSE资格,Cisco CCNP 优先考虑;
2. 良好的英语口语沟通能力、读写能力;
3. 熟悉各类型操作系统,例如:Windows、Linux
4. 域及邮件服务器的维护及实际操作能力; Server 2003/2007 (AD Server/ Exchange Server)
5. 在应用软件方面,熟悉各种类型办公软件、安全软件以及排错与维护软件; ( Office/Outlook,Symantec,Adobe)
6. 熟练操作视频会议设备/投影仪/门襟系统,并能进行故障处理。
7. 对ITIL有一定的了解或具有外企大型Helpdesk工作经验者优先考虑。
8. 具有良好的沟通能力和解决问题的能力,逻辑思维能力好,有团队合作精神,工作主动性、责任心强.
