Experience required

1. Strong application system on-going maintenance experience on Salesforce or SharePoint.

2. At least 3 years working experience in application software requirements analysis and development/ implementation/maintenance.

2. Strong coding skills of .Net, C#, XML, JAVA, etc.

3. Project management experience is preferred.

4. Familiar with reading and drawing system level flowchart to demonstrate business cases.

5. Familiar with relational database logic design, SQL 2005/2008.

Responsibility

1. Provide IT solutions for new business process/features of existing applications and new system development.

2. Propose and create system design models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to development teams.

3. Software coding with required or latest computer language to develop systems.

4. Systems ongoing maintenance: can establish well acceptable support module, manage the change request process between the application support team and key users to ensure the quality.

5. Quality controller for applications systems change management.

6. Timely update supported system training materials; Conduct key user/end user training as planned.

7. Create and maintain documentation as it relates to systems issue control, systems new development or system change in line with IS quality framework and SDLC requirements.

Qualification required

University graduate or above. Formal qualifications in computer science or a computing/IT related discipline.

Competency required

1. Understanding the concept and common framework of IT infrastructure.

2. Has ability to proactively learn business process and good command on industry best practice that be able to introduce for IS innovation.

3. Good knowledge in SDLC and common software engineering methodologies.

4. Smart commutation skills with internal business customers.
