Location R&D Beijing Lab
Report to Senior Manager R&D
Description of position
1. Develop Chewing gum and other candies as well as Tooth paste formulations based on industrial standards and customer requirement
2. Trouble shooting internally, continue improvement of R&D capability on candy and tooth paste products
3. Evaluate the collection flavor and select the right flavor solution in compliance with client profile, legal, cost & stability requirements
4. Work in a close collaboration with R&D team and other departments to support the project execution
5. Providing internal and external training to team and customers
6. Other duties assigned by the line manager
Experience & Education Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree of Food technology
2. More than 5 years R &D experiences in candy industry
3. Have good knowledge of Candy and Tooth paste product, familiar related regulations
4. Be able to develop or upgrade recipes to meet client’s expectation
5. Be familiar with Candy and tooth paste production process
6. Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
7. Excellent communication skills including fluent English skill
8. Well understand ISO management program
9. Willing to travel
