职位描述

Responsibilities:
Fully understand all aspects of the
customer strategy and grow multi-level relationships throughout the customer
organization. Proactively develop and drive a joint value creation agenda and
long term relationship for both parties.
Increase MWV’s visibility and perceived
value to the customer. MWV is viewed as a strategic partner and trusted
advisor, providing highly valued packaging expertise informed by leading edge
consumer and retail insights.?
Lead and define the strategic direction
for the account. Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer level business
plan. Ensure full alignment across customer and one MWV. ? Fully accountable for representing all of MWV’s operating
platform capabilities and overall business results with the account.?
Utilize broad knowledge of MWV’s
capabilities. Navigate and project?
manage cross functional capabilities to serve the customer
requirements. Marshall resources outside of SBU to ensure delivery of objectives. Ensure a balance
of delivery and appropriate cost to serve.?
Directly link account strategy to
measurable operating plans across the customers business. Proactively manage
customer satisfaction. Ensure key satisfaction metrics are fully understood
and utilized across the account team and actions are taken to optimize
performance?
Lead the account team
(direct and indirect), utilizing?
the agreed MWV account team structure to ensure the deployment of the
team against account strategy and plan along with effective talent
acquisition, development, coaching and performance management of their direct
reports.?
Embrace and model the Challenger Selling
approach with key customers, teaching as the packaging expert, tailoring
solutions and taking control.?

Requirements:
be an
experienced business manager or identified high potential? talent ?with strong strategic thinking,
influencing? and consulting skills
have
proven customer, consumer, retail and industry orientation and understanding?
have
proven financial and business acumen and be experienced in value co-creation
and negotiation?
show a
clear relationship driven mentality, able to cultivate a holistic total
account approach?
excellent
communication skills, strong ability to synthesize information and succinctly
articulate solutions based responses?
possess
knowledge of or able to quickly learn about MWV’s full suite of products,
services and capabilities?
exhibit
a clear “can do” attitude with strong results orientation, tenacity and drive?
be able
to navigate effectively in matrixed organizations and possess? highly effective cross functional project
leadership skills?
demonstrate
strong global perspective, cross cultural understanding and sensitivity?
ideally
the job holder will have experience of operating in more than one business
unit /industry/ function/geography?
