职位描述
Responsibility/Duty
1. Develop and implement sales & marketing plans, strategies and programs for assigned regions of whole Asia Pacific region, to ensure to achieve the organization’s short and long-term business goals and profit objectives.
2. Oversee all aspects of customer relationship and sales cycle with key accounts – from lead identification and development, through proposal generation and negotiation, and relationship management.
3. Identify market needs and development, including conduct of market surveys, to develop new business opportunities and attract new business accounts.
4. Monitor and analyze market / competitor intelligence.
5. Participate in presentations / trade shows/conferences to promote company products.
6. Prepare sales forecasts; establish targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share and/or business development and monitor the performance of the organization against these goals; adjust sales strategies and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
7. Oversee the sales budget of the assigned region; monitor the cost and effectiveness of sales activities to optimize resources and prioritize spending.
8. Develop pricing and discount strategies to maximize sales revenue.
9. Pursue major prospects and lead and negotiate terms of sales with major clients that will maximize the organization’s business interests.
10. Liaise with other executives across the organization (particularly in marketing and customer service) to ensure that sales strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall corporate objectives.
11. Direct, evaluate, and develop the organization’s sales and marketing force to achieve established sales and profit goals.
12. Any ad hoc assignment designated by the supervisor.
Qualification
1. Business diploma /degree, preferably with some knowledge of Mechanical Engineering/Plastics Engineering.
2. At least 8 years of similar experience in sales, marketing or business development, preferably in plastics/packaging or related multinationals.
3. Customer-focused and results-oriented with a demonstrable track record in generating new sales and acquiring new customers.
4. Technically adept professional with independence, drive and initiative.
5. Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
6. Entrepreneurship skills
7. Commendable interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
8. Good knowledge of market environments, business practices and cultures in Asia.
9. Experience and appreciation of working in a multi-cultural environment.
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
11. Able to travel frequently
