职位描述
主要职责:
-液化设备的正常运行及运行异常的处理
-液化设备的数据记录及处理
-液化设备的日常及定期维护
-与销售、客服适时沟通，优化气体充装和气体液化的安排，使得公司利益最大化
-协助和西门子生产服务相关的工作
-协助完成其它生产任务
技能，要求，工作经验:
-熟练掌握氦气的各种物理和化学特性；熟练掌握氦气、液氦的生产工艺
-了解并逐步熟练掌握液化设备的工艺流程，按照操作规程熟练掌握液化设备开机、停机
-定期对液化设备进行维护、检修；异常停机的处理
-和总部的技术人员定期沟通，优化液化设备的运行状态，确保低能耗、高产出
-低温深冷专业教育背景
-化工行业工作2 年以上或低温行业工作一 年以上实际操作经验
-英语听、说、写熟练
-熟练使用常用办公软件、一定的CAD制图
-需持有的资格证书
工作地点：深圳
Primary Responsibility:
-Handle the operation for the liquefied equipment and exception cases
-Data recording and processing in liquefaction equipment,
-Daily and periodic maintenance in liquefaction plants
-Timely communicate with Sales Team and Customer Service team to optimize gas filling and gas liquefaction arrangements to maximize the Company’s benefits
-Assist Siemens’ related services
-Assist in the completion of production tasks
Required key skills (functional/technical):
-Proficiency in a variety of physical and chemical properties of helium; master helium, liquid helium production process
-Understand and gradually mastered the liquefaction process equipment in accordance with the rules and handle turn on and off for liquefied device
-Liquefaction plant on a regular basis for maintenance, repair; abnormal shutdown processing
-Regular communication and the technical staff of the headquarters, to optimize the liquefaction equipment condition and to ensure “ low-consumption, high-yield”
Required Qualification:
-Cryogenic professional and educational background
-More than 2 years in chemical industry work or more than one year practical experience in the cryogenic industry work
-English listening, speaking and writing proficiency
-Proficiency in office software, CAD drawings
-Relevant qualifications
