岗位职责：
(一)正确掌握市场
1、对有机食品的销售渠道熟悉；
2、定期组织市场调研，收集市场信息，分析市场动向、特点和发展趋势；
3、负责收集、整理、归纳客户资料，对客户群进行透彻的分析。
(二)确定销售策略，建立销售目标，制定销售计划
1、完成公司下达的销售任务为目的，确定销售目标，制定销售计划；
2、 监督计划的执行情况，将销售进展情况及时反馈给上级。

任职要求：
教育背景:
◆大专或以上学历，市场营销等相关专业毕业
培训经历:
◆渠道销售
工作经验:
◆具备3年以上的品牌营销及渠道销售管理经验
技能技巧:
◆善于沟通和换位思考
◆组织和协调能力强
素质要求:
◆爱岗敬业，踏实肯干，虚心好学
◆抗压能力、执行力和耐力

Lighting Design Partnership International is a new generation specialist lighting design consultancy group. LDPi has resources world wide, in order to meet the increasing demand for professional lighting design services at an international level.
