Our client is a leading property developer listed. There is a rewarding opportunity for you to join the company as a Leasing Manager to optimize the best tenant mix for short term development and managing effective marketing promotion for the portfolio,to achieve annual financial budgets by maximizing rental yield and return.
As a Leasing Manager, you will be one of the key drivers in growing and managing key tenants relationship. You are assist in formulating strategic marketing plans and strategies to optimize rental yield and return from the property portfolio. You are also require to prepare budget forecast; ensure effective and efficient day-to-day operations and the best-in-class execution of the designed marketing plans and strategies.
To qualify for this role, you have to be tertiary educated in surveying or real estate related disciplines preferred. Member of HKIS or RICS would be advantage. You will have 10 years solid experience in leasing in China from a reputable developer. With less experience candidates will be consider as Assistant Manger.
