？Process Engineer


Works for the polymer R&D projects to develop process control engineering systems and procedures.Include new product commercialization, plant support, capital project support, process research, process technology development, Six Sigma project support, and transfer of technologies to Greater China from more established sites.
？ Leads process optimization activities with R&D team to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
？ Develops, analyzes and documents technical data from trials.
- Learns from Innovation for the new technology to improve products and innovate new products for new products.
- Cooperates with national universities for new products development with the new formulations.
- With the support of US process team and China process team to set up the process for new product.
- Seeks the new flame retardant for foam board as building materials.
- Takes the responsibility of Windcore trial as new application.

Requirments：
BS or MS Chemical Engineer or Chemistry who has:
? Previous successful experience with scale-up and commercialization of new products.
? Candidate is expected to have good engineering common sense and equipment knowledge.
? Preferably 5 or more years working experiences.
? Ability to translate and apply knowledge gained in the laboratory or pilot scale to the manufacturing process.
? Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
? Candidate must have willing to learn attitude, customer focus attitude and good sense on safety.
? Demonstrated good verbal and written communications skills in both English and Mandarin.
