Objective of job

• Facility planning management with the objective of meeting the targets (quality, cost, timeline, process).
• The Position is responsible the facility planning and to develop, implement and to manage plant standards
• For facility building, equipment, controls and conveyers. To provide technical support for the Stamping-, Body-, Paint-, and Assembly Shops, Energy and Infrastructure. Responsible to develop and implement systems to ensure standards are developed and aligned with Daimler Germany and supported by supplier partners in alignment with the interests of the Joint Venture partner BBAC.

Qualification required

• Education
• Bachelor up, Construction Management, Civil -, HVAC-, Electrical Engineering or similar education.
• Experience
• Longstanding experience in facility planning or similar occupation of at least 5 years.
• Specific knowledge
• Detailed knowledge in facility planning for overall systems, ramp-up a serious production in complex organizations.
• Specialized in facility planning, cost optimization and quality management.
• Experienced in project management, automotive development and supplier-management.
• Ability to communicate in English fluently, preferably also basic German.
• Intercultural competence.
• Outstanding communication behavior as a team player.

Task designation

• Facility planning management with the objective of meeting the targets (quality, cost, timeline, process).

• Project management during production planning phase, as time controlling, reporting, documentation and creation of countermeasures.
• Analysis and evaluation of alternative facility and supplier concepts
• Optimization and documentation of facility processes, scheduling and milestone controlling
• Elaboration and introduction of new methods, planning procedures and standards
