Objective of job

• Logistics planning activities with the objective of meeting the targets (quality, cost, timeline, process).
• Support packaging planning team for knowhow transfer in packaging planning
• Network into DAI packaging planning departments to align all the technical packaging concepts with DAI Germany
• Approve locally planned packaging together with involved parties (QM, Production, Supplier...)
• Responsible for packaging concept design by using systems available at BBAC.
• Implementation of packaging concept and documentation
• Implementation of racks specification at suppliers and approval of packaging at BBAC according to current standards
• Coordination for rack sample construction and racks documentation, describe packaging instruction
• Determination and documentation of the amount of racks needed to circle between supplier and plant and plant internally including documentation
• Know how transfer for packaging planning at BBAC
• Responsible to develop and sustain BBC Packaging standard based on DAI planning standard

Qualification required

• Education
• Bachelor up, Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Automobile Engineering or similar education.
• Experience
• Longstanding experience in logistics planning or similar occupation of at least 5 years.
• Specific knowledge
• System-Know How for Auto CAD Catia V5, Smaragd, Swan, LTM, Nacos, Pack Assistant
• Knowledge for racks and process planning
• Proficiency in English speaking and writing
• Willing to travel overseas

• Office and shop floor environment

Task designation

• Planning of work sequences / subsystems for logistics operations from receiving area to the point of fitment. Development and introduction of standard logistic processes and required logistic equipment. Implement process optimization during the ramp-up of the production facility (production trial, SoP, peak production).
• Planning of complex logistic equipment (specification, offer evaluation, procurement, site commissioning, and acceptance tests). Creation of requirements, solicitation of proposals for subsystems.
• Project management during production planning phase, as time controlling, reporting, documentation and creation of countermeasures.
• Analysis and evaluation of alternative logistic and supplier concepts
• Optimization and documentation of logistic processes, scheduling and milestone controlling
• Elaboration and introduction of new methods, planning procedures and standards
