Objective of job

• The main tasks are planning, timely procurement and insurance of the implementation of the required screw technologies in the assembly.
• Key points: detailed planning and specification, monitoring of implementation, IPV- monitoring /consulting, launch support, approval of the equipment and process capability and support of the acceptance process of all screwing tools and the parts as required

Qualification required

• Education
• Academic degree in engineering, die development and / or equivalent professional training
• Experience
• Minimum 5 years professional experience in die components /or die maintenance in Stamping shop
• Specific knowledge
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in die maintenance and / or planning, in assemlby shop and project management
• Proficient in speaking and writing English language
• Preferred Skills:
• Intercultural sensitive, experience working on foreign assignment, preferably in working within the Chinese culture.
• Proficient in MS Office applications

Task designation

• 1. To manage the BR-Projects as work package manager for screwing technologies
• To manage the projects in the own functional area to optimize of whole screwing processes and systems in the assembly
• To work out the standards for screw technologies and related processes
• To provide the consultation about the screwing technologies and related processes to the production planer
• To carry out the acceptance of the equipment according to BGB for screwing technologies
• 2. Planning, procurement, installation and start-up of the controlled EC-screw technologies
• To purchase standard tools, special tools and equipment for the assembly shop
• To ensure the timely implementation of screw technologies, structural design and special tools.
• To work out the requests and specifications and obtain orders; To evaluate them regarding the input factors and select the suppliers
• 3.To ensure proper execution of the contract; To be contact person for assembly and purchasing, and also for controlling and accounting regarding purchasing (to write the requisition, to get the PM-orders etc.)
• 4.To be responsible for digital documents of the cases related with screwing technologies in the early product beginning phase together with the staff from development/EVS and the start-up factories
• 5.implementation of standards/guidelines of ToC screwing technologies
• To find and introduce new technologies to improve the efficiency of assembly
