职位描述

Objective of job

  • Assist the Warehouse Senior Manager administratively to supervise a team of warehouse staffs and store men related but not limited to; HR Issues, Staff welfare and benefits and defined KPI’s.
  • As an alternate ego, will assume the roles and responsibilities as head of the warehouse during the absence of the PDC Senior Manager

Qualification required

  • Training
    • Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration ( and/or ) related experience in warehouse operations
  • Experience (type of)
    • Minimum of 5 years working experience in a warehouse in a Manager position,
    • Disciplined, dynamic and possess a high degree of integrity.
    • Possess good interpersonal relationship.
    • Task oriented
  • Specific knowledge
    • Good command of written and spoken English.
    • Familiar with warehousing and distribution systems.
    • Familiar with MS office excel, PowerPoint, database.
    • Knowledge of automotive parts would be an advantage.

Task designation

  • 1 Management
    • Develop, enforce and control warehouse administration procedures.
    • Ensure that all task initiated are completed within the scheduled time frame and executed in proper and good order
    • Assist the Warehouse Senior Manager to monitor the implementation of company rules , regulations and corporate values
    • Assist in adherence of company policies and ensure to follow safety rules and regulations promulgated by the company as well as the warehouse administrators
    • Periodic discussion with HR Manager related to warehouse staff welfare and benefits, trainings and other HR related issues
  • 2 Work Processes
    • Conduct and manage changes in implementing new processes, quality control.
    • Conduct periodic communication session with the staff with regards to HR issues
    • Assist the warehouse Senior Manager in maintaining discipline of all subordinates in adherence to company policies and supervision of the staffs to ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations
    • Monitor and review staff performances and recommend staff for training and skills development to achieve a higher level of productivity
    • Prepare the monthly salary breakdown of Out Sourced Store men and follow with FESCO and/or Service Provider to ensure that salaries would be paid on time
    • Assume the role of Change Manager during Warehouse Move
  • 3 Others
    • Perform tasks as instructed by the Warehouse Senior Manager from time to time

Daimler Northeast Asia Parts Trading and Services Co., Ltd. (DPTS), which was established in April 2008, is headquartered in Beijing and running three operative warehouses in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. The headquarter is taking care of the administrational processes, including inventory management, importation, domestic trading, export, customer relationship management, procurement, transportation management, warehouse management, contract management and cost planning, as backbone to the three warehouses which do the physical distribution.
