我们需要3名区域销售经理:

一名北部销售经理,常驻北京,负责北部销售

一名东部销售经理,常驻上海,负责中部以及东部的销售

一名南部销售经理,常驻广州,负责南部销售事宜

候选人资质:

- 销售经验

- 在纺织业有经验(面料和相关行业)

- 出色的沟通技巧

- 良好的外貌

- 工作有目标

- 市场导向,能发展新的合作伙伴

- 有能力管理和发展一个销售管理团队

- 加分点: 有客户群体,能会说基础的英文

薪资结构:

- 固定的基本工资(根据候选人得个人能力,经验以及客户群体)

- 基于销售量的激励制度(根据具体的销售额)


The open positions are for Area Sales Managers; initially one for each area: North, Center (east) and South of China.
The company is H&B Shanghai; It’s a newly set up organization based in Shanghai; the office will be located in Hongqiao area.
It will be the sales office for the Chinese Market of H&B Anqing;
The General Manager and Sales Director will be an Italian resident in China with an extensive experience of business in China in the Textile industry.
H&B Anqing is a Join Venture between the Chinese Huamao Group (www.huamao.com.cn) and the Italian Beste Group (www.beste.it) two leading companies in the worldwide textile fashion business.
In short:
VISION: To be an innovative model of Chinese & Italian Sales Force for the Chinese Domestic Market of the China leading Apparel Brands able to link and combine Italian creativity advanced technology and expertise in production and design with lower cost and in combination with the production capacity of Huamao;
MISSION: To provide Medium High End and High End customers (Chinese Brands) fashion-oriented and high quality fabrics at competitive prices;
STRATEGY:
? MARKET POSITION: focus on “medium high and high end” (Men and Women wear) and all customer that need exclusive products non basic items;
? PRODUCT: Be unique in China because combining Italian design and finishing with the production platform of Anqing (Huamao + H&B);
? CUSTOMER BASE: Do not depend from few big accounts but rather base the business on a wide number of customers;
? SALES PHILOSOPHY: create a very close relationship with the customers based on deep awareness of each account and ability to customize the products to the needs of the Chinese Domestic Market.
? SERVICE: fast responsiveness; fast delivery; unique Minimum Quantity model and production flexibility;
? GLOBAL SYNERGIES: awareness of all market trends and needs; full vision of the industry including the international market;
OPERATIONS:
Italian Product development & design team based in Italy (samples made in Italy);
Production based at H&B Anqing;
Sales Head Quarter in Shanghai regularly reporting on a monthly base to H&B Head Quarter with proper set up report analysis;
Sales team with sales force based in the key “fashion” cities of China; starting with the minimum sales force of one Sales Manager in each area (i.e. Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Ningbo/Hangzhou, Xiamen…)
We are looking for 3 sales people:
One based in Beijing and to cover the sales for the North of China
One based in Shanghai and to cover the sales for the Center/East of China
One based in (Guandong province) and to cover the sales for the South of China
Ideal candidate profile:
- Experience in sales
- Experience in textile (fabric and apparel industry)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good image
- Willing to work for goals/targets
- Able to develop new business relationship and marketing oriented
- Able to develop a team for the sales management of the assigned area
- Plus: available portfolio of customers; English speaking
Remuneration/Package
- Fixed base salary (depending on the experience and individual skills and customer portfolio)
Incentive system based on sales volume
