- For our Metal Technologies entity, Siemens are looking to recruit an experienced Sr. Project Manager.

What are my responsibilities?
- Senior Project Manager for cat. B projects - with responsibility for results - projects of category B and/or simultaneously multiple small projects of comparable total volume / risk in the context of Group-specific stipulations with the objective of executing the project to meet the required standard of quality (time, budget, functionality). （负责项目的管理）

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Knowledge

- Leadership knowledge, e.g. team development, motivation, Sector/customer-relevant knowledge: Knows the market and the competitors of the customer, as well as the customer's strategies, business processes and decision-makers, etc （具有团队合作精神，有一定的领导力）
Experience

- SPM, Metal technology（高级项目经理， 冶金行业）
- Technical Experience: Mechanical background (技术背景：机械专业）
Education

- Bachelor or above （本科以上学历）
Language：

- English level 6 above (英语水平：大学四级以上）
Specific Requirements：
- Certified PM@Siemens Senior Project Manager or above.
- Good Knowledge of Metals Technologies
- Good Coaching Capabilities.
- International thinking or mindset.
- Experienced projects which located in China is prefered.
