职位描述
Responsibilities:
-To lead the channel sales team to grow the North China revenue and market share.
-Build and maintain solid relationships with Distributors to maximize market-share and facilitate tripartite business.
-Establish and enforce agreements with Distributors on global strategy and operating issues (e.g., pricing, contract terms, incentives/ promotions)
- Develop plans to maximize POS/POP sales along with KA and GEO FSE network, and refine them regularly based on actual performance
- Keep regular contacts with Distributors key decision-makers and participate directly to critical client meetings (e.g., negotiation of major deals)
- Ensure coordination between Distributors and ST sales force
- Create training programs for Distribution sales force
- Supervise Distribution backlog management with Supply-Chain
- Organize and utilize Distributor resources (sales, marketing and FAE) to develop ST business
Requirement
- 5 to 8 years working experience in the field of sales and marketing
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
