Position: Tax Manager （TXD-Shanghai）
Responsibilities:
1.Handle tax consulting and compliance work to foreign and domestic companies encompassing all types of PRC corporate taxes and individual income tax issues.
2.Plan and scope work, control, supervise and review work of staff on Tax engagements;
3.Draft advisory memo/ report with minimal guidance from supervisor in a timely manner;
4.Participate in major client pursuits including proposal preparation;
5.Maintain client relationships;
6.Manage and supervise senior and junior staffs in day to day work;
7.Be responsible for team administration, training, overall evaluation and counseling of Subordinates;
8.Build long-term relationships with local authority.
9.Participate in marketing activities including preparation of articles on tax news, presentation materials for seminars, representing the company to attend seminar or social events.

10.Providing assistance and support to the other departments within the firm including outsource accounting team, audit team, business service team etc.

11.Handel initial inquiry on tax services received from cold call, internet and other sources.
Requirements:
1.Degree holders in tax, accounting, finance, law or other related disciplines;

2.Professional accounting qualification or PRC registered tax agent or lawyer is a must;
3.At least 5 year's relevant experience, preferably gained from the Big 4 CPA firms, or international and sizable
foreign investment enterprises, or joint ventures;
4.In-depth understanding of tax policies, rules and regulations;
5.Strong analytical and highly commitment to quality client service;
6.Strong consultation skills, communication skills, self-initiation, teamwork spirit and willingness to work under
pressure;
7.Excellent project management and interpersonal skills;
8.Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills;
9.Excellent leadership and business development skills.
