Main Responsibilities:
1.Manages the overall results of assigned product line or business portfolio, including products, revenue in whole and by products, pricing and profit. Identifying and executing actions; Actively and effectively manages existing portfolio, including, pricing, phase-out, product enhancements, including sales, margin, volume, inventory, F/X and converting analysis in to key takeaways and actions, etc.
2.Prioritization, understanding, and delivery of margin opportunities across the product line (including pricing, cost reduction, and quality improvement)
3.Owns assigned product line Action Plan and Counter Measures related to Policy Deployment, including, driving to root cause, assisting / challenging countermeasures and action plans, etc.; leads policy deployment activities for the product line.
4.Executes and analyzes VOC plans; links prioritized customer needs in price/performance on product lines with focus on future product requirements including enhancements and break through.
5.Champions the business unit to internal customers, including the marketing team, sales force; provides visibility to key opportunities in the sales funnels for the business portfolio.
6.Communicates and enlists support for the vision of the business unit and organization; demonstrates leadership in the achievement of the organization objectives.
7.Champions DBS within the business unit including Initiating meaningful and sustainable kaizen events to achieve the business unit objectives.

Education, Background and Skill Requirements:
·Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field
·Minimum of 3 years experience in product development or business management
·Able to understand customers needs and execute VOC
·Operating understanding of Product and Application technology
·Effective personal time management and ability to manage multiple tasks
·Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
·Effective personal and project team time management
·Good understanding of the customer segments and product applications for business unit's products. (more of a portfolio view) Understanding of trends impacting the product line.
·Good understanding of the channel for a product line.Understanding of sales by channel for product line and opportunities to leverage strengths to drive additional sales.
