- For our Industry Sector in Beijing ,we are looking for a (SFAE)西门子工厂自动化工程有限公司 Order Manager 订单经理工作地：北京.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Collect all necessary project information for assigned cabinet project from System Solution Department, Region and Offer Manager.

2. Plan the order execution based on the project requirements, the lead time of material and CEPD necessary resources like engineering and production.

3. Manage the material purchase from the suppliers under support of doing a procurement plan. PO change management is must be executed if design changes happen during the execution

4. Manage the subcontracts together with the production team and purchase team according to the project requirements.

5. Coordinate with production team together the resources for the cabinet integration and testing.

6. Utilize MS Office, SAP, SFAE Order Management software and project specific software tools to execute orders efficient.

7. Wrap up projects by projects reports including commercial and technical details about the project and show improvement suggestions.

8. Ensure the delivery of high quality cabinets by understanding the cabinet technology and customer requirements. Support related functions in improving the design and integration quality

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. 3 years experience in automation related field.

2. More than 1 year experience in project management, grasp Project Management knowledge.

3. MC MT/PM, AS and Control Cab knowledge.

4. Excellent Communication skill and Negotiation Skill.

5. Good at English both in oral and written.

6. Being familiar with SAP system and MS Office.
