工作综述（General description）

Lead internal process quality improvement and customer site quality satisfaction improvement. Enhance communication with customer and internal related departments. Optimize internal operation system and workflow. Coach and lead team work in correct method and get active result, maintain quality system and EHS system.

工作职责（Responsibilities）
？ Report directly to plant mgr on QMS, Quality engineering, IQC, PQC and FQC, etc.
？ Satisfy customer requirement on quality
？ Lead activities of quality cost reduction
？ Lead QA team to meet KPI in company level
？ Quality plan for New project and improve pass yield
？ Lead quality data collection and analysis, trace to ultimate cause to prevent quality issue recur
？ Coach Quality team for quality criteria, QC tools and the implementation.
？ Lead customer audit and customer satisfaction improvement.
？ ECN or CCN documents evaluation and monitoring.
？ Other work arranged by Operation Manager.

QUALIFICATION
？ A recognized bachelor degree or above.
？ Major in Printing or Engineering is preferred
？ Lean knowledge are preferred

EXPERIENCE
？ Minimum 3~5 years professional quality management experience in manufacturing company, preferably Multinational Corporation or joint venture.
？ Rich experience in customer audit and complaints handling
？ Familiar with ISO9000 and ISO14000, knowledge of ROHS control
？ EHS working experience is preferred
？ Printing and packaging field experience is preferred

LANGUAGE SKILL
？ Good ability in both written and oral English & Chinese

OTHER SKILL
？ Good leadership and teamwork player.
？ Good interpersonal communication skills.
？ Highly motivated and independent.
？ Project management knowledge.
？ Knowledge of SAP is preferable
？ Being patient and can be working under pressure
