2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
Receiving RFQ of customer, submit the quotation according to customer’s requirement, negotiate the price with customer
接收客户询价，按照客户要求提交报价，与客户谈价；
Developing project timing, confirm the cost target, quality target. Establish the project team, and make sure the good communication with other department. Need to coordinate the resource of other department. Need to make sure that the project can successfully lauch according the plan.
制定详细的项目进度计划，明确成本控制目标以及项目质量控制目标，组建项目小组，确保与各部门的良好沟通和交流，协调各部门资源，以保证项目按照既定目标完成
Establishing the good relationship with customer, obtain the accrute information from customer , and get customer Recognition
与客户建立良好的关系，准确获取客户方面的信息，获得客户认可；

Summary and evaluate if the target is finished well after the project launched. Summary the lesson learn after the project is launched, and also need to apply it to the other new project.
项目量产后各目标的汇总，评估。项目量产后的经验教训总结，并应用到其它新项目中；
Receiving the drawing from design department, organizing the drawing review. Organizing the design changing review. 接收设计部门传递的图纸，组织图纸评审。组织设计变更的评审；
Complete other job from department manager or deputy manager
配合部门经理完成临时安排的工作任务；
4. SKILL / KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS 技能/知识要求
Above 3 years of process project manage experience in automotive.
3年以上汽车行业或者类似行业的项目管理经验；
Detail oriented, excellent communication skills, organizing and managing skills
注重细节，良好的沟通协调能力，团队组织和管理能力.
Bachelor above
大学本科以上
Technical experience in automotive or manufacturing.
有汽车行业或者制造业技术工作背景
At least 2 years for the project manage experience ；
至少2年以上项目管理经验
Familiar with QMS such as TS16949;
熟悉TS16949等质量管理体系。
Simply operate CATIA, AUTOCAD, familiar with computer operating.
可以简单操作CATIA软件，简单操作CAD制图，熟练操作电脑
Organizing and coordinating strengths;

Tenneco (Beijing) Ride Control Systems Co., Ltd (short for TBRC) established in 1995, is the earliest joint-venture company that Tenneco has invested in China. The joint venture partners are world-known Tenneco Automotive (TA), which owns 65% equity, and Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd. (BAIC), which owns 35% equity. The Register Funds is USD8.3 million. TBRC is engaged in designing, developing, manufacturing and marketing automotive shock absorbers. As a part of Tenneco’s global network, TBRC can fully share Tenneco's global accumulated technical experience and world leading design ideas. Additionally with advanced production equipments and process technology, it fully ensures that TBRC can provide high-quality shock absorbers to any OE customers around the world as per their demands.

TBRC locates at Wutong Road, Tongzhou Industry Development Zone of Tongzhou district in Beijing. The plant occupies an area of 30,774 m2 with construction area of 14,000 m2. Under more than ten years' development, now the company has the annual production capacity of 2.5 million units of shock absorbers. Along with its growth, TBRC has established good cooperation relationships with main OEMs in China, including FAW-VW, SGM, CFMA, DPCA, Beijing Hyundai, JMC, Changhe Suzuki, etc with supplying high-quality shock absorbers for high-level passenger cars such as Audi C6, EII, Parking Avenue, Focus, Mazda 3, Volvo S40, Peugeut307, Transit, Grand Caravan, etc.

In order to better serve the OE customers, TBRC builds its own JIT warehouses in Changchun, Shanghai, Wuhan, Chongqing, and Jing Dezhen, which ensures the fast and convenient logistics service.
