职位描述
物流专员：主要负责文件性工作，包括装箱单制作，报表更新，跟进运输文件等。
工作职责：
1.核对仓库的出货明细，完成系统的出货操作；
2.按照要求，及时Post Return Order；
3.填写没票Shipment的付款申请单，提交付款申请，跟进银行水单等；
4.复核电放申请信，并协调盖章传回，及大客户的正本文件的快递与追踪；
5.定期更新工厂的商检、交货、出柜、报关的报表；
6.每日更新Packing List出具日期的报表；
7.申请Switch BL，跟进、复核、存档、发回陵县财务；
8.所有的Shipment的相关文件的核对、存档及保留；
9.所有OBL的跟进，及时发给财务融资；
10.其他临时性的工作。
任职要求：
1.本科以上学历；
2.3年以上本职工作经验，熟悉物流、仓库操作流程；
3.工作细心认真；
4.沟通、表达能力良好；
5.积极主动，责任心强；
6.具有团队合作精神；
7.熟练操作办公常用软件，如Excel、Word、PowerPoint；
8.普通话流利，英文良好。
