---> HR Management <---
1. Manage Employees Contracts

* Extensions
* Contract Forms

2. Improve the current review system in terms of reliability, form and effect
3. Manage employee reviews
* Scheduling of regular reviews with artists, producers and management
* Follow up on ongoing discussions and decisions

---> HR Development <---
1. Review team performance in regular reviews and artists talks.
* Give feedback on employees development
* Give critic in problematic behaviors, attitudes and follow up on improvement
2. Identify problems and challenges and communicate with the artists and the management. Solve problems proactive.
3. Identify talents and skills. Make sure the get developed.
4. Keep up a good relationship to all team members and support them in developing there career at Pixomondo
5. Regularly talk to employees in order to identify problems and help them to develop in the right direction.

1. Take care of the team spirit, motivation etc.
2. Support the management in developing a team and performance oriented spirit.
3. Organize social and educational events together with the admin team

---> Development of Training courses and artist training <---
1. Develop a training program for Trainees
2. Develop a training program for artists joining PIXOMONDO
3. Develop 2D classes for interns including training material and tutorials.
4. Identify weaknesses in the team and develop classes and tutorials in order to improve the knowledge of our artists

---> Recruiting <---
1. Manage relationships with educational institutes.
2. Organize recruiting events and give presentations for universities and schools
3. Build up and maintain a talent database.
4. Develop our employees branding and image in the Chinese vfx scene.
5. Develop and post job ads
6. Post recruiting advertisements to the internet
7. Maintain the official PIXOMONDO website with recruiting posts
8. Manage applications
* Review Applications and manage further steps
* Reply to every email application
* Sort out applicants, on server, shotgun
9. Manage Interviews
* Invite interview, and arrange for interviews, check out lead and producer’s time
* Evaluate applicants for artistic, professional and social skills
* Take detailed notes for future decisions and recruiting
* Follow up with those No + Yes
