Job Summary: Manage 3rd party outsourcing test team and their execution, establish rationalized and efficient outsourcing work model, develop outsourcing project requirement, project task plan, outsourcing team competence requirement, proposal outsourcing project contract, develop detail test project implementation plan, close track and monitor outsourcing team operation performance, drive outsourcing team performance improvement, execution efficiency improvement via process management and audit. Work close with internal test team to rationalize the issue management process and guideline

Skill/Experience
* 5+ years project management and outsourcing management experience with good knowledge of resource, budget, performance management, PMP certificate is a plus
* 3+ years of product testing experience with good knowledge in Android platform, device and their testing;
*Experience in product test planning, test requirement analysis, test design, test methods/tools and test execution , especially experience on Android platform in system test, UI experience, application testing, third apps testing, power, performance, stress testing, field testing,etc. Experience in carrier requirement, carrier submission process and carrier test is a plus.
* Experience in defect management and team performance management
* Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
* Excellent communication skill, problem solving skill to collaborate effort among different teams to drive test execution and performance excellence
* Proven to be quick adapter, self-motivated, target driven and willing to accept challenge

Education Requirements:
? BS or above in telecommunication, computer science, electrical engineering or relevant.
