KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensuring maintenance of books of account in accordance with international standards (IFRS).
2. Preparation and submission of monthly management reporting packages in accordance with group reporting deadlines
3. Preparation of other management reports as required for helping the operations of business.
4. Support urgent management reporting requests from the management teams, GC or regional office.
5. Preparation and monitoring of annual budgets, monthly forecasts and quarterly forecast.
6. Preparation of the Year End Financial Reporting Package to regional office in accordance with group reporting deadlines.
7. Manage the adjustments of timing and permanent differences between the finance book and taxing book.
8. Ensuring timely issuing and settlement of client invoices.
9. Monthly reconciliation of all intercompany receivables/payables
10. Supporting and following the implementation, maintenance of internal systems and controls.
11. Other duties essential to the financial health of the organisation.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS:
1. A recognised professional accounting qualification or equivalent.
2. Minimum 4 years experience in management accounting according to both of the IFRS and PRC GAAP; of which at least 2 years should have been taking a supervisory position or the finance analyst roll of regional reporting packages.
3. The ability to converse fluently in both written and spoken English.
4. A good working knowledge of computerised accounting and reporting systems, also software.
5. An understanding and appreciation of the taxation requirements of the operation under PRC GAAP.
6. Strong communication skills with co-works and clients.
7. Working experience in an international environment. It will be a plus if worked with a multinational company before.
