Mission
- Follow up and develop Lifecycle Service Business along with Metal projects, Drive sales and service delivery resource on high quality approach and increasing customer satisfaction, as well as win healthy profit from the service business.

What are my responsibilities
- Fulfill ownership of LS MT BU function
- Develop new LS MT service product with Engineer team
- Cooperate and Drive front promoter and sales on LS MT business
- Participate in commercial bidding and negotiations with end-customer
- Drive LS MT Service project execution excellent

What do I need to qualify for this job
- Self-driven capability, can work independently and under stressful conditions sometimes.
- Good team player
- Good organization and communication skills internally and externally
- High EQ for service business
- Knowledge of Metal know-how and service know-how
- 3-5 years experiences in Metal fields
- Office skills and office software skills (especially PowerPoint)

- MT BU is biggest and unique metal system integrator under Siemens Industry Sector and is entire Metal Solution provider; accompany the numberless metal plants delivery to Chinese customer the corresponding lifecycle service is also need provide to customer, therefore, LS MT got nature responsibility to drive MT EA services.
- Lifecycle Services (LS)
- The Product Lifecycle Services Business Unit (SLC I CS LS) is in charge of all product-related services for customers of the Industry Sector China. Its portfolio ranges from service in the areas of online support, technical support, and onsite services such as troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs, to extensive repair and logistics services. In addition, the portfolio includes modernizations and retrofits in the Pulp & - Paper, Cement & Minerals, and Marine vertical markets.
- Our service portfolio covers the whole workflow from project planning, configuration, installation, commissioning to maintenance. By providing services including web support/hotline support, technical consulting, pre-maintaining, service contract, repair shop, system modernization and optimization, we have helped customers to implement projects smoothly and thus established their leading position in the market.
