JOB SUMMARY:
To provide excellent talent pool for LPD China sales team, who will be rotated in different roles and departments in 1 year and finally placed in a Sales position (rotation plan is as attached).
为家畜家禽检测中国销售团队提供优秀的人才储备，在正式定岗为区域销售人员之前，1年内需在不同职能及岗位轮岗。
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Coordinates with distributors to achieve the sales target through execution of sales plans and programs. 与经销商合作完成销售计划和方案以达成销售目标。

2.Calls on current and potential customers based on visit plan.制定现有及潜在客户拜访计划并实施拜访。3.Proactively collect and feedback market information and industry dynamic. 积极收集和反馈市场数据及行业动态。

4.Keep customers informed on new products or services, pricing, changes, etc. 确保客户了解新的产品及服务，价格，变化等。

5.Keeps records and reports on all activities.保留所有活动的记录和报告。

6.Generates the reports, presentations, or other materials needed. 制作报表，简报或其他所需材料。

7.Other tasks assigned by supervisor.主管安排的其他任务。
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Background

1.Master or PHD holders of Agricultural universities农业大学硕士或博士学位

2.Major in Veterinarian动物医学专业

Working Experience

1、1-2years of working experience, similar industry preferred; 1-2年工作经验，拥有相关行业工作经验者优先考虑

2、Outstanding fresh graduates.优秀应届毕业生
