Job Description :

Overall coordination of government submission material development (feasibility study report) for new programs and update the progress to obtain central government approval
1) Organize and support various functional teams negotiation with partners and JV

2) Assess relevant government policy change or potential change implications for Ford business growth initiatives and negotiate with government agencies to obtain investment incentives

3) Identify/explore new business and growth opportunities (including evaluation of potential business entities/partners, financial conditions, potential cooperation scenarios, negotiations), and develop recommendations to support management decision-making

4) Work with partners on business / strategic initiatives and support Senior Leadership in Communication of China Strategy

5) Lead study on JV mfg footprint expansion activities by leading study on identifying M&A target, outlining government approval criteria and developing overall program timeline. Coordinate x-functional team to conduct on-site visit and discussion with local governments for assessment and program execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree above with exellent communication in both English and Chinese, overseas experience preferred about 5 years’ experience in auto industry-preferably marketing & sales, government affairs, competitors intelligence, product planning, etc.

Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Access.

Strong quantitative abilities, including statistical analysis and techniques.

Experience in presenting complex concepts to management

Experience of complex profit systems input and analysis

Supervisory experience preferable

Project management skills

Able to understand complex issues and develop creative solutions
